[TechAssist] Zenith TV Model Z27A11G, Module 9-1791

A new problem for me, I hope someone can give me some direction. TV has
raster and OSD, but no video or audio or able to auto program or get
video on any channel.  I replaced the video processor chip, ICX2200
(TA1268N) and this didn't help.  All power supply voltages appear to be
correct, but I am trying to troubleshoot without a schematic.  

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
