Ha! I did a Zenith yesterday with the same problem.
120k resistor from b to c on the red drive transistor was open.
made it look like a bad red gun. 9-1335 board

Also discovered my B&K CRT tester is kaput.
reads in the middle of all three yellows on test.
that's what it's supposed to read on tracking.
one more thing to fix or get fixed.
