[TechAssist] Zenith SS1937S/ 9-1119-03r vertical bounce after recapping module

About 6 bad lytics throughout board replaced due to dead set. Cleaned
board. Now worked well while it was on hours test playing.
After setting overnight, powered it on cold,and there's a 60Hz vertical
bounce in the picture. I replaced the caps around the vert IC. What am I
missing?
