I'm not sure, but when someone lets us know, I'm putting a link on my web
site for them
You have the high tech ones that sell for $160, I think, sure they are fine,
but some of those you have to discharge the capacitor before testing.
Dick Smith meters are about $40 as a kit or $60, give or take for already
assembled.
Do a search for Dick Smith ESR meter and see what you find.
