[TechAssist] Re: Zenith SE3191H Vertical problem.

The set has 26 volts on pin 6 of 4B3. I have not checked the caps on the 700
module yet. It does have adjustment in the service menu that does make the
picture increase and decrease, it just wont increase to the point of filling
the screen. I will check the caps on the 700 module next.
