Shawn, I will send private, jpegs of sweep, waveforms and setup menu. I would check and recheck all caps in power supply, sweep supply and vert output. before getting inside of the 9-700 module.. Note on 9-700... running set with cover off, will display a very poor picture.... Email if you need more help..
