[TechAssist] Zenith Projector PVR4663dt B+ not getting to HOT

This one came in with the pos. juntion of the
rectifier bridge burned out and arcing. I can't trace
how the b+ gets to the hot. only have the c3 schem.
from zenith .Close but no cigar.
