well that means the HOT is shorted. you will have to replace the supply
fuse/diode to that HOT possibly.
and the flyback. i repaired a PVR4663 that had the same issue.
only way to know is to replace the hot, and leave the HV lead disconnected
to the HV splitter and if it powers up with HV, then you know its the
splitter, if it shorts the HOT again, its the fly.
