[TA-A] Zenith PVR5263MK no picture

Hi, I want to start off by saying that I am not experienced in repairing
TV's, but I am somewhat knowledgeable in general electronics.  I received
this projection TV from a friend, and got the service manual online.  It
powers up and audio comes on (I can raise and lower the white noise from the
buttons on top), but I don't get any picture at all; the CRT's don't light
up.  The previous TV I worked on had a somewhat more straightforward
troubleshooting guide, while this one is somewhat more complex :P  I was
just looking for some generic tips of what I might starting looking for or
if someone knows off the bat what is wrong *crosses fingers* :-)  It might
be worth noting that this TV has been repaired before, and it is somewhat
obvious by the less-than-pretty wiring jobs on some of the boards.
