[TechAssist] Zenith PVR5263DT no filament

I am working on a Zenith PVR5263DT was dead,replaced the 9-1302-07 kit,set now
comes on with high voltage and sound, but the filaments dont light up.do anyone
have any tips or schematic for the 9-1302-07 they would like to share?
Also I have checked all the resistors around the flyback area,resolder the
boards
still no filaments. thanks in advance.
