[TechAssist] Zenith PVR4663RK PTV, (no chassis) dim,poor focus,arc noise. Fix

Had a dim blurry display and an audible "hiss" from inside around the
circuit boards. Fix: Replace the "High Voltage bleeder-focus-G2
assembly" orig# A-17813-01. Used sub# A-17196-12 (A-17196-05 same).
Cured the hiss (a corona discharge from the HV assy's body to the frame)
and cured the dim/poor picture. Adjusted to best display. Note: MCM was
the most expensive at almost fifty dollars higher! Used River Valley
Electronics in Indiana 1-866-400-0778.
