[TechAssist] Zenith PV6069BT8 Odd Problem.....


Make : Zenith
Model : PV6069BT8
Problem : When power button is press....no startup...just a click of the
small relay on the signal board.  If we unplug connector 4F ( Grey/Black
wires that go from PS/Sweep Module to the HV splitter) the set will fire up
with a good picture BUT image is a several inches larger on all 4 sides than
it's supposed to be.

Ok.....we figured bad splitter/focus bleed assy.

Changed it.  The first time we fired it up , set came on no problem.  This
was with the front screen off while I looked into the lenses to tweak the
focus and a rough G2 adjustment.

Put screen back on then tried to fire it up again.....no go.   Unplug
connector 4F...she fires up.

We have remove the module and went over it for all the usual faulty
connection we typically see.

Has anyone encountered this issue before?
