[TechAssist] Zenith PRO880 picture reversal procedure

I have a service call to reverse the picture on this set.  The customer was
using it as a rear projector and now wants to use it for a front projector.
He originally changed it from front to rear but he forgot the procedure and
now Zenith will not give him the procedure.  (according to him). He thought
it required changing a plug.  I did a google search for that number and find
only sales info.  At www.zenithservice.com I entered PRO880 for the owners
manual and it said "no such number".  The customer said that is the only
model number on the unit.  Any help appreciated, John.
