[TechAssist] Zenith C27A24T , 9-2067-7 master. dead, surge open B+ fuse

Uses one master module 9-2067-7.
Customer said it was an interruption of power, lights came back on, TV
did not.
The SMPS has no shorts. Main AC fuse OK. Only thing I see is the small
B+ fuse, FX3402 is open.
Did someone say once, this fuse goes as a result of a faulty or
intermittant (or damaged) audio oitput IC at the rear?
