[TechAssist] Zenith A36B43W No Video or Sound

Make : Zenith
Model : A36B43W
Problem : Customer says pressing power button they can hear main relay click
but no Video/Raster or Audio.

We'll be visiting this set later today at the customers house....does anyone
have a module list for this set? Nothing in my database...too new I guess!

Any common failures anyone has seen on these newer sets?
