On 6 button keyboard: press and hold menu untill menu disappears. press vol 
up and channel down simultaneously.

On 10 button keyboard press and hold menu button untill menu disappears. 
Press adj. right and channel up simultaneously.

Entry into service menu unblocks all parental controls. That's handy to 
know. I didn't know that.
