[TechAssist] Zenith A25B33W CHASSIS# 9-2022

This set will not power up.  no high voltage.  The HOT has 125 Volts on the
collector and while the switch is held in horz pulses can be seen on the
base of the HOT and the high voltage attempts to come up.  After checking
the voltage sources I found that the 9v source is not putting out.  I
replaced Q3402, Q3404, Q1405, and the LM7809. All associated caps were
checked with ESR meter.  Still no power up. Could this be a shutdown
problem???.  Anybody out there have experience with this model Zenith.
