Congratulations, Ed: That is almost as dumb as some
of the things I've done- but not quite.
I fixed some cold solder on a Sanyo, for an
intermittent tuner, then spent a whole day trying
to find out why I had no vertical.
Finally, someone on the list took pity on me, and
suggested that I might have bumped the service
swtich.
I had.
