[TechAssist] Zenith 9-186 resistor value needed...

This is R3216 which is actually on the multivibrator board mounted to the
heatsink. Burned pretty good. It's been a long time, but I thought it was a
2k but what I can make out on this, it looks like it would've been a 100k.
Model no. missing on tag. Thanks.
