[TechAssist] Zenith 221-116 sub or generic P/N

Any one know a Sub or generic part number for 221-116.
This is IC401 in a Zenith R7000 transoceanic. (Audio output)
not 100% sure it is bad but is looking that way (manual is a bit sketchy).
From what I've read Zenith made this last gasp of the series in Tawain so
there might be hope they repacked some one elses IC? ... Apparently this was
a low production model ~75,000 pc. circa 1979-1981. We have the orginal
paper service manual from Zenith, it just leaves some to be desired.
