Jose, Have you tried different inputs at the rear jacks, and are they using a Zenith remote? Sometimes the universal remotes can cause strange problems like switch video input....Had a customer that had a set here that the sleep timer kept coming on and turning TV off...After 3 trips we had customer bring in there remote and found that pushing FF on VCR section even in TV mode it would set sleep timer..
