Unit will not power on.  Unit has 175v at the switching transistor and
should be 156v.  Also has 175v at the 156v output off of the switching
transformer.  Found a tip to replace CR3415(14v zener).  Checked ok but
replaced anyway, no help.  Any help appreciated.
