[TA-A] Re: Yamaha RX-V480 protector shut down

Just because the outputs are not shorted does not mean they or the predrivers 
are not leaking. Check for DC voltage on the emitter resistors.
Yamaha is know to have problems with leaky mute and protection transistors as 
well. Use nothing but original parts. Subs or generic parts will not work !!
