[TechAssist] Yamaha RX-V1070 Display Scrambles

Make : Yamaha
Model : RX-V1070 Receiver
Problem : When first turned on LED display is OK , after you start changing
modes & changing display , characters drop out or scramble up...display may
start to dim.

Supposedly this occurred after a lightning surge

This uses a LC7582 Sanyo driver IC....hitting it with freeze spray & cycling
power seems to restore operation.
Were not 100% sure this is the culprit.

Has anyone seen problem with this IC?
