[TechAssist] Yamaha Model DVD C-6660

Does anyone have any sugestions to the cause of This yamaha DVD player
C-6660 to malfunction. Unit came in, customer had force the changer tray out. I
disassebled the unit and put the drawer back on the gears.Nothing happens,when
I
press open or close. The unit have 3 motors and when the controls are
activated, none of the motors function. Any help will be appreciated.
Maybe some one have a model the close to this one.
