I did change 7 diodes in this Toshiba, but D114 in this unit must be D113, which is in series with D112 cathode. Going from memory, there were 5 diodes on the main board (D108, D109, D110, D112, D113) and 2 on the power supply board (D1103, D1104). I used 1N4004's and the unit worked fine after I finished. Too bad I don't have the VCR here anymore, or I would change C104 as recommended by one of the list members.
