Damon, you can download a 30 day trial version of System Mechanic, fully functional, use it to clean up your system, then uninstall it. I downloaded it and cleaned up my laptop and intended to purchase it but I then found that it was constantly getting in the way, even when NOT running. It would not allow some programs to load and I was constantly resarting the system to get things to work. Then I decided to uninstall System Mechanic............smooth sailing after that. Shame to, it looked so good.
