[TechAssist] Re: Windows 98,no mouse control

Ron, "System Information" is the most useful one and it is
loaded by default I believe.  Most tools are not loaded by
default, so if you go there and don't see but one or two of
them, you have to go the control panel then click 'add/remove
programs'.  Next open the 'windows setup' tab then double
click 'system tools' in that list then check the items on the
next page.  There really isn't much there that will help
except for system monitor and maybe 'resource meter' in some
cases.

Another computer,this one is am older PB 75mhz with win
98.Cust says one day
working fine next no mouse control,unit has normal desktop
and cursor.It
will not move.
 Only know a few keyboard commands how and what can I do?
