Howdy...
I decided to pull out the books I have on Windows 2000 regarding the MCSE
exams, which these books are bit more thorough than the exams.
The imaging tools I talked about previous are RIPrep, which allows you to
prepare a Windows 2000 Professional workstation for automated installation.
It does get a little more technical, but a minimum of 2 systems is required.
The first is the system that you wish to image, and the second is a RIS
server. Needless to say, this means that you need a network setup to use
the Microsoft tools. Though, there are some utilities for preparing the
system to be imaged using a 3rd party utility.
I just wanted to fill in a few more details regarding this subject for those
who get a notion, or a desire to learn more about the subject. Now you have
somewhere to start with online help, and Microsoft web site.
