But, our emails on techassist can be found on Google. So in that way it

Techassist IS private. Only members can get to the members
areas. This isn't like RepairWorld or some of the others where
the only requirement is a valid, chargable credit card. The
members here must prove that they are a technician involved in
the repair of tvs, etc.
