This is so true like Jeff says!. I have had the latest virus program in the
past and got infected by being in a hurry and opening and attachment.
Once you open certain attachments with virus's (usually worm virus's) it is
to late for Norton and any other program to fix the problem. It will go to
your system files and cause continuous problems. It happened to me. I did
the above (hit a infected attachment). The anti virus program tried to fix
the problem. The Anti Virus program said it cleaned all the files after the
accident ,but I always had problems with my computer afterwards. I finally
had to reformat my H.D.. Spent hours reinstalling after that.
