Yes they mean the connections on the yoke itself. They can be soldered in
the unit if you're very carefull. Use a mirror to verify the work you've
done before firing it up. The crt on the right is the most difficult to get
at--do the blue and green first so you get the hang of where you are going.
Some people drop the yokes to do this but is unneccesary.
