[TechAssist] Re: VRJ 415 ZENITH PICTURE PROB.

That fix inverted the control pulse so that codes that were recorded on the
control track on some rental tapes would not screw up the autotracking. Had
nothing to do with speed or own recordings. The autotracking needs a good
control pulse as well as a good RF envelope so the first thing is to look at
both with a scope.
