Bruce,If there's a military base,college in your area,go to one of there surplus sales.They sell off test equipment that have minor faults or because they have upgraded to newer gear;Signal generators,thru-line watt meters,dummy loads,dvm's,scopes.etc.I purchased 2 lots about 4 years ago for 250.00,and got more than my moneys worth.I got 2 serviceable 100meg tecktronic scopes,those alone were worth my bid.No one bid higher so I got both lots.Many good items some required repairs.& then there's always Ebay.....hth...Don.......
