Phillip,
I see fixes posted all the time for the various problems that are posted,
besides, my suggestion to make off list posting easier was primarily for the
off topic and chatter type replies.
Not for technical responses.
Maybe I wasnt clear enough about that.

Then other techs would not know the fix for the probelm and there would be
no archives to search because all the mail was private. If you would read
or at least scan all the mail you would know all the fixes in advance and
would not even have to ask the list for help. Of course you would need a
good memory, but if your young it should work.
