[TechAssist] Update: Philips 27PS55-S321 27T800 7629 No audio

This moring the set came on with audio just fine. It seems if you wait 30
sec before turning on it will have sound now, or if you wait a long time you
get sound also. Probabbly will put back togther and tell cust how to
use..... Too odd right now.

Set came in with broken RF connector. Thought we head
static from the set initally. After fixing the RF connector have a perfect
picture but no audio (set says MONO when channels are changed).
