Hi Guys, depending on which location your using these people will take care
of you;
Kim Wagner Maryland office    Ron Hertz  Ft. Lauderdale office. I have had
very few
problems with Tritronics over the years and agree that Kevin Harris was a
huge loss
for them as well as us, (especially us), but the two people I mentioned
above have
ALLWAYS cleared up any headache I have had in the past, they can`t help if
they
are unaware of the problem, call them,  Larry E
