[TechAssist] Re: Tritronics research problems?

A few  weeks ago I used the form on their Web site to request a return
authorization for two camcorder zoom motors, because the part numbers in the
service manual were wrong, and to replace them with the correct part number
as supplied by Panasonic. After a week nothing happened so I ordered  and
received the parts I needed but still havnt heard anything about the RA.
