[TechAssist] Toshiba pro-jo TAC0265/ 57H82 plays 10 hrs, shuts off. works when cool

Assisting a tech friend in the field.
He said it will play 10 hours or more, then just shut off. Must allow to 
cool down, then  they can turn it on again with good operation. Said 
looked good just before turn off. Tech used heat gun, rapped and tapped 
to no avail.
Customer said model was 57H82, maybe partial number?
