[TechAssist] Toshiba projo 50A61 shutdown

Unit has a shutdown problem.Unit will fire up and check itself then shut
down.Red led indicator comes on and stays on.Unit will do nothing.I replaced
convergance ICs already.Any help will be greatly appriciated. Thanks,
