Picture No Go / OSD OK / No Sound / Bad Convergence

Daniel Mundy, CET®/CSM

Go into service mode and do an E2 reset.  Press and hold the RECALL button
on the Remote, then press the CHANNEL button on the TV. The initialization
of QA02 has been completed.  You should also know that doing this reset may
require setting the B&W tracking and geometry adjustments. I don't like
doing it, but if the EEPROM data has been glitched that is the cure
