Not a expert on those but I believe that the vertical position is adjusted
by the DC bias of the vertical sawtooth and the vertical height is adjusted
by the amplitude of the vertical sawtooth that comes from the video process
IC, with those 5 pin vertical ICs. These adjustments are made in the service
mode with a remote.
