[TechAssist] Toshiba TV combo MW24FM3 Vertical problems Second Post

Hi All
This set came in with no vertical sweep. I checked the IC401 LA 78401
voltages were ok except pin3 voltage is low only .6 volts.
Vertical drive signal was also not clean. I changed the chroma IC and the
vertical output and I have the same problem. I have also low voltage from
IC601 Vertical out pin 38 suppose to be 5 volt but I am getting only 4V. I
don't know if the new IC is bad if I have to order another one and keep
replacing the Jungle. I am hoping some other tech worked on vertical section
and had the similar problem.
Just want to know if any vertical repair tips for this set.
