[TechAssist] Toshiba TV Chassis# TAC9014 Model# CX29700 Dead

Never worked on this Chassis before, relay clicks but that's it.
Found D866 (O4AZ30Y) shorted tied to 2 legs on voltage regulator Q801(
STR-S5241) suspect it is gone as well. Checked horz.output along with
other items on chassis all Okay.
Do not have a value for D866 and is there any other parts with this set
I should replace or check for this fault before replacing Q801and,D866
powering up?
