[TechAssist] Toshiba Projo 42H83 tube failures?

I have come across two sets with identical phosphur burns on the green tubes.
Seems these are shorting causing this. Has anyone seen this? Is there a recall
like Sony has? Anyone that does warranty on these know what is going on? These
are still within the two year warranty. Mabe someone knows. Thanks, Tim
