Thanks for the feedback Al, I took a third look and I don't think that's my problem. I'm thinking maybe the driver Q719, which is a TA75559P different than the other two which are Motorola chips. Although I'm not quite convinced that the driver would allow the red to adjust up/down and not left/right. In the convergence menu with the grid on the screen red is acutely bowed in from both sides. I'm also thinking it could be a bad or corrupted eprom Q713... I could really use a schematic and parts list here if anyone has one. Otherwise I'll call Toshiba on Tuesday and see if I can get through to technical. Thanks again Al, much appreciated.
