Most of these Toshiba DVD players have an "Initialize" setting in the on
screen menu. It is supposed to reset everything back to factory defaults. I
will guess that this image was not on the unit when the customer first
bought it, otherwise he would have taken it back to the store he purchased
from. Some movie has programmed that into it.
