Hi Guys, this CF3566A has run for 12 days now and starts reliably every
time, Thanks
to Bill Rayburn @ Premium Technologies and Eric @ EM electronics the fix was
indeed
C871 a 22uf @ 50 volt cap, Thanks guys, Larry E
