I think in most cases you can go higher in farads, but when they use an off 
value like this, it's usually
because it is critical.

Toshiba CF3566A ...C308 150uF..can I use a 220uF as a substitute ?

I don't have a schematic, but I think it's the Pump-Up Capacitor
in the Vertical circuit.
