Hello alls.

I am working with Toshiba model CF3062A. It has a black bar at the bottom
about 5".  Vertical problem. I already change IC La 7837 . no help.The
voltage at pin 1 is 9v .May be it is low. All other pins are about normal.
Some lytic caps already changed. Do not see any zener near by.I remember
toshiba has problem with 2 color caps that makes bad vert. But I can not
find any of those caps in this unit.Any body have any ideas about this
please response.  TIA
